I have several of these ingredients that I need to use up quick; this recipe is good and will do just that. A great one for any meal of the day!
1 partially baked pastry shell in 9” square pan
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3 tomatoes sliced thin
1/2 c onions sliced thin
1 cup milk
4 tbsp. gated parmesan cheese
Sprinkle first two ingredients on bottom of pie shell. Layer tomatoes and onions over cheeses. Sprinkle basil, garlic powder, salt and pepper over tomatoes and onions. Beat eggs and milk together and pour over tomatoes and onions. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or till set.Remove from oven and let sit for about 5 minutes before serving. Serves 6
