10 pounds extra lean ground round
1/4 cup olive oil
1 large onion, minced fine
1 cup ketchup
1 cup chili sauce
2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup water
1 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp coarse grind black pepper
Form the ground round into around 30 burgers. In a large pan heat oil and cook onion till tender but not brown. Add in remaining ingredients; mix and simmer 15 minutes. Use this to baste the burgers with on both sides as you cook them on the grill.
