half a large head of cabbage
melted butter
salt and pepper
Cut cabbage into 6 section, leaving part of the core intatct on each section, to hold slice togeher.
Spread melted butter on each side, salt and pepper each side. Lay cabbage on baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees approximatgely 25-30 minutes, till edges of cabbage are browned.
This does not come out crispy but has a wonderful slow roasted flavor.
