3/4 cup elbow macaroni
1 cup fat free sour cream
1/4 tsp ground oregano
2 cans, 7 oz.each tuna, drained & flaked
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup green pepper,chopped
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Cook macaroni according to package instructions and drain and rinse. In a large bowl, combine macaroni, sour cream, oregano, tuna, sliced olives, bell pepper, cashews, and pepper and mix well. Put into a shallow 2 qt casserole. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.Serves 4to 6.

This recipe sounds good and something that could easily be halved. We can our own tuna so have plenty of that and I have everything else on hand but will use reg. sour cream.
