1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt
1/4 cup fat free mayonnaise
1 tbsp sweet pickle relish, drained
2 tsp dried minced onion
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 drops hot pepper sauce
In a bowl mix all ingredients. Cover and chill.. Makes 1 cup
