2 large eggs
1/3 cup butter
1/8 cup milk
2 bananas, medium, mashed
1 1/3 cups bread flour
2/3 cup sugar
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts

All ingredients need to be at room temperature. Measure eggs, butter, milk and bananas into the bread pan and set aside. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the remaining dry ingredients. Mix well and add to the bread pan. Use the quick bread setting.

Do you think that I could use all-purpose flour in this recipe? I have all of the other ingredients to make this.

I am going to an ornament exchange party on Thursday and have to bring an appetizer. I thought that I would make banana bread to use up the bananas I have here at home.

Thanks for the help!

You can always substitute all purpose flour for bread flour. The bread flour just has extra gluten in it. So the results won't turn out the same but shouldn't be a problem.
