3 cups cooked turkey
1 cup turkey gravy
2 cups mashed potatoes
1 cup shredded Jack Cheese
Salt & pepper
Butter a shallow 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover bottom with turkey. Drizzle 3/4 cup gravy (hot or cold) over the meat. Stir potatoes to soften and mound onto turkey and swirl to cover surface of meat. Drizzle remaining 1/4 cup gravy over potatoes then sprinkle evenly with cheese. Bake at 450 degrees till turkey and potatoes are hot in the center, about 10 to 15 minutes. Broil 4 to 6" from heat till cheese is lightly browned about 2 to 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serves 4
