20 oz silken tofu
16 oz coffee soymilk
2 tbsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
nutmeg, freshly grated
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process thoroughly stopping frequently to scrape down the sides till the mixture is smooth and thick. Chill at least two hours and up to 12 hours. Pour into individual glasses and sprinkle the top with nutmeg.
