1 (10.4 oz) frozen Canadian Bacon pizza
1/2 cup pineapple tidbits in unsweetened juice, drained well
2 tbsp sliced green onions
2 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp chopped bell pepper
1 tbsp shredded coconut
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a pizza pan and place frozen pizza onto the pan. Top with pineapple, green onions, cheese and bell pepper. Bake on middle rack at 425 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes or till cheese is melted. Garnish with coconut. Makes 2 servings
