4 oz kielbasa sausage, cut into 1" pieces
1 medium onion, cut into 1" pieces
2 garlic cloves
2 (15 oz) cans black beans, drained
1 ( 14 1/2 oz) can beef broth
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley

Process the sausage till coarsely chopped in a food processor. Transfer to a medium saucepan; add onion and garlic to processor and process till finely chopped. Add to sausage in saucepan and cook and stir sausage, onion and garlic over medium high heat 4 to 5 mnutes till onion is tender. Put 1 cup black beans and 1/2 cup broth in food processor and process till smooth. Add pureed beans and remaining beans and broth, cumin and hot pepper sauce to ingredients in the saucepan and mix well. Bring to a boil stirring occasionally. Sorinkle servings with parsley. Makes 3 - 1 1/3 cup servings
