1 (24 oz) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes with onions & peppers
3/4 cup water
1 12 cups cubed cooked ham
1/4 tsp pepper
1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of celery soup with reduced sodium
In a large skilet combine the potatoes and water. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to medium and cover. Cook 6 to 8 minutes or till potatoes are tender. Stir in remainng ingredients and mix well, Cover and cook 4 to 5 minutes ot till thoroughly heated stirring occasionally. Makes 4servings
