This is a recipe from Woman's Day, but I've already changed it a bit so the following is not the original
1 large onion, thinly sliced
2 pounds turkey breast , skin removed
1 cn (16 oz) whole cranberry sauce
1.2 cup salt free Mrs. Dash Southwestern chipotle marinade
Place onion, then turkey in a 3 1/2 quart or larger crockpot. Stir 1/2 cup cranberry sauce and 1/4 cup chipotle marinade in small bowl till blended. Spoon over turkey to coat. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours or till turkey is tender. Remove turkey to cutting board and cut into large pieces. Remove onion from cooking liquid with slotted spon and discard cooking liquid. Microwave remaining cranberry auce and chipotle marinade about 2 minutes till melted. Stir in onion and spoon over turkey. Serves 4
