1 1/4 cups cocoa
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 3/4 cups hot water
1 gallon milk
1 tbsp vanilla
Blend cocoa, sugar and salt in a 6 quart pan and gradually add the hot water. Boil over medium heat for 2 mionutes stirring constantly. Add the milk and heat thoroughly stirring constantly. DO NOT BOIL Remove from heat and add vanilla. Beat with a rotary beater till foamy. Serve hot and garnish with whipped cream or marshmallows. Makes 4 1/2 quarts or 20 -- 6 oz servings
