Quick and Easy Strawberry Trifle
1 tub Cool Whip
8-12 oz fresh or frozen strawberries sliced
1 pkg 8-servings strawberry jello
1 pound cake frozen, from a mix etc.
Thaw pound cake while making jello. Make jello according to pkg. in a appx. 13x9 or other shallow long pan chill until set. Cut jello and pound cake into cubes. In a large bowl layer the jello, pound cake, cool whip and top with the strawberries. Chill 1 hour and then enjoy!!
You can use any flavor/type of jello and fruit that you like. This looks really nice in a clear glass dish/container even a small punch bowl works!!
