This makes a good quick supper or lunch; the meatballs alone would make a nice appetizer also if you want
30 meatballs ( frozen or thawed; or make youir own recipe)
1 cup ketchup
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 tap garlic powder
1/8 tsp liquid smoke
6 sandwich rolls(if you are using them for a sandwich)
Place meatballs in an ungreased 1 quart dish. Combine next five ingredients and pour over meatballs. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. For sandwiches fill sandwich rolls. 6 servings
