Do you have a glaze that isn't quite a rub nor a sauce that you like to use on a meat? Here is one that is quite good on chicken!
Tex Mex Cranberry Glaze
1 16oz can Jellied Cranberry Sauce
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp grated lime peel
2 tbsp lime juice
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded, finely chopped
Combine cranberry sauce, cumin, lime peel, lime juice and jalapeno pepper in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, whisking often, just till glaze is smooth. Brush this on the last 10 minutes of cooking time and serve the rest with the chicken.
