1 pkg. ( 5 1/4 oz) au gratin potaotes
1 can ( 15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can ( 10 oz) diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
2 cups water
2 cups milk
2 cups Velveeta cheese, cubed
Dash hot pepper sauce
In a 3 quart pan combine potatoes and sauce mix, corn, tomatoes and water, mix well. Bring to a boil and reduce heat, cover and simmer 15-18 minutes or till potatoes are tender. Add milk, cheese, and hot pepper sauce and cook and stir till cheese is melted. 6- 8 servings
