3 cups thinly shredded Chinese(napa) cabbage
1 cup thinly shredded purple cabbage
1 red bell pepper, with seeds removed and thinly sliced
1 1/2 cups corn
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp celery salt
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup seasoned rice vinegar
1/2 cup fat free mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients and chill. 6- 4 oz servings

Oooh yummy, this sounds great! Have you tried it with regular vinegar and if so, how did it work? Is rice vinegar easy to find in a regular supermarket? I've never seen it although I've known I'd need it if I start making my own sushi.

I've only made it with the rice vinegar. I always find it in a larger grocery right with the other Asian foods. I'm pretty sure I've seen it in the Walmart groceries also.
