12 large pretzel rods
7 oz bag of dried fruit bits
16 oz can vanilla frosting
assorted sprinkles and candy decorations
Combine the fruit bits and candy decorations together on a cookie sheet. Coat half of each pretzel rod with frosting and then roll in the combined mixture. Put rods on a wax paper lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate for 10 minutes and they are ready to serve!

How does the dried fruit taste with the pretzels? This would be a cute idea for my DGD's fairy/tea party.

No different than a trail mix with pretzels that contain dried fruit! Just the name will thrill most kids! LOL

Cat, I have never had that trailmix--obviously! lol I am not a fan of Harry Potter, at all. But, the wand does intrigue me since we are having a fairy party. I bet I could make these ahead of time in my RV since it is already in Midland, where the party will be held.

If you have access to a baking store for supplies some of the eatable glitter would be a nice touch for the "fairy wands"!

I am planning on getting a few things at Hobby Lobby for the party. I do believe they have the edible glitter. I was planning on getting some for fairy dust. I like the idea of putting them on the wands too.

I think this is an awesome idea. My oldest son wants a Harry Potter themed birthday party so this should be perfect. Thank you.
