This makes a nice "drink" for the kids to make when the adults are having their "drinks" at a party!
Orange wedges
Coarse sugar
Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup chocolate ice cream
1 1/3 cups chocolate milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp peppermint extract
chocolate curls maraschino cherries
Rub rims of 4 chilled martini glasses with an orange wedge. Invert glasses into a shallow dish of sugar and cocoa powder combined to coat the rims. Divide ice cream equally among the glasses. In a small pitcher combine the chcoclate milk, vanilla, and the peppermint extract. Pour over ice cream and top each serving with chocolate curls and a maraschino cherry. 4 servings
