eggplant picks up the flavor of what it is cooked with usually, but it is great grilled brushed with a little olive oil. Some eggplant skin is tough.

not a fan of white chocolate, don't know why as I LOVE chocolate! LOL

I like cream of wheat. I also love roasted asparagus. I like turnips if they are small. The small one aren't bitter. They are good in vegetable soups and smothered with lean ground meat.
Does anyone like smothered Okra? I like it, but you have to know how to cook it without the slime. It takes a while, but its good like it is or in gumbo's.
