Do you prefer gas or charcoal grills?

We use a gas grill for ease and convenience.

I know that many of my neighbors use charcoal though.

We have never used a gas grill. We use charcoal. If possible, we really love mesquite in ours, but it isn't as available in NM as it is in West Texas.

I have a gas grill but for some reason I love the charcoal grills better. I think the food tastes better on them myself. But the gas ones are easier to control the heat.
