Chocolate /Oatmeal no bake cookies
2C sugar
1 stick margarine
1/2 c milk
1/2 c cocoa
1/2 c p-nut butter
4 c oatmeal
combine the first 4 ingredients in a pan....I would first melt the margarine,then add the sugar the cocoa and the milk.....bring to rolling boil for one minute then take off the burner. Stir in 4 C of oatmeal and 1/2 c of p-nut butter stir well till mixed drop by teaspoonfuls on to cookie sheet..let cool ( kids don't have a lot of patience for the cooling process)one day when my daughter was really little I was making the granola cookie sticks and she was livid I was even baking them, she saw me put them in and wanted one then ..no waiting. :-)as we know the baking is a big part of the cookie process.
