1 bag frozen fritter-style chicken breasts or 4-5 fried chicken breasts
1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 cup fine parmesan
1 box spaghetti
Oregano
Put spaghetti sauce on stovetop on low heat. Cook spaghetti spaghetti according to pkg. diretions. Fry chicken fritters till crispy. Line a baking sheet with foil and put a thin layer of marinara on it. Add the chicken and put a thick layer of marinara on top of it and then a generous layer of mozzarella and parmesan. Bake at 250 degrees for 10-12 minutes ot till cheese melts. Remove chicken and prepare plates with generous helping of cooked spaghetti topped with marinara, then mozzarella and then chicken. Add a sprinkle of oregano to top it off.
