I love frozen peas and am always looking for new ways to have them. This is great for a summer lunch!
20 oz frozen peas
1 lb bacon, crispy fried and drained ( I used turkey bacon, but regular bacon is best)
1 cup fat free sour cream
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced onion
Mix together all ingredients and chill. Good served on a plate lined with lettuce and topped with garlic butter croutons! 6 servings
