This will take several 13 x 9 x 2" pan or caserole dishes of your choice
16 pounds of potatoes, peeled and sliced
8 cups grated corn (32 ears)
salt and pepper to taste
4 cups margrine. cut into small pieces
4 quarts buttermilk
6 tbsp green onions, chopped
Layer potatoes and corn, salt and pepper and margarine into dishes. Repeat. Pour buttermilk over all. Bake at 375 degrees about 1 1/2 hlurs or till buttermillk is absorbed. Sprinkle with green onions before serving. Serves 16
