BBQ chicken fillets in ginger lime sauce

6 chicken breasts no skin
black pepper
Pound chicken lightly with mallet and season both sides with pepper.
BBQ until tender basting with Ginger lime sauce.
Keep remaining sauce for serving.

Ginger lime sauce:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons rum
3 tablespoons grated green ginger
2 cloves crushed garlic
dash tabasco sauce.
Combine all these ingredients, and stir over heat until sugar is dissoved without boiling but close to. Baste chicken above.
