Easy Strawberry Pie
1 small box of Sugar free vanilla cook n serve pudding (Can use instant if necessary but cook n serve is lower in carbs9 inch pie pan
1 small box of sugar free strawberry jello
Strawberries, washed and cut in halves
1/14 cups of water
*option: you can use chocolate pudding in palce of the vanilla, for a chocolate strawberry pie)
Fill 9 inch pie pan 1/2 to 3/4 full of chunked fresh strawberries
In a saucepan: Mix Cook N Serve Sugar Free vanilla pudding, the Sugar Free strawberry jello and 1 1/4 cups of water
Mix all well..with a whisk and bring to boil...Then pour over the
strawberries in the pie pan..Refrigerate until set..Slice like you
would a pie..and serve with whipped cream
