Three min microwave bread

INGREDIENTS:
1/8 cup almond flour (almond meal)
1/8 cup Ground Flaxseed/Flax meal
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
a "pinch" of bulk splenda (http://www.netrition.com/cgi/product_categories_display.cgi?categories=SWEET,SU CR)
1 Tablespoon butter, melted
1 egg

I make this in a 2 cup plastic, square, Tubberware container. You can experiment and use different shaped ones.

METHOD:
Melt butter in plastic container. Beat in egg. add dry ingredients. Mix throughly with a fork. Cover cup with glad wrap, cut a small slit in wrap. Microwave on high for about 1 minute 30 secs. Microwaves may vary. Check on it. Do not over cook.

That sounds easy, is it good?

This sounds strange but I am guessing that since you are making it, it must be good. ;) Do it really look and taste like bread?

Do you have a carb count on it?

well everyone's tastes are different, but considering we cannot normally have bread and that most people do not have the specialty ingredients to make actual low carb white bread, this is a decent substitute.

It will depend a lot on whether you like the texture of flax meal, too

I use a modified version of the old revolution rolls recipe, alot, as buns for my burgers and things, unless I'm out of them
