1/2 lb raw okra - not frozen - head cut off.
1/2 cup onion - cube sliced
1/2 cup red tomatoes, cube sliced
1 1-inch press ginger
1/2 venigar
2 Pinches of salt and pepper
Boil okra until soft. Set aside and let it cool.
Combined remaining ingredients and pour into Okra. Chill until ready to eat.
Best eaten if cold or warm.
Although I said it is Phillipine style, it is more like my style.
Also, you can put fresh lemon juice about 1/2 spoon.
