Trim excess fat from one 2 pound round steak, cut 1" thick. Cut into 6 pieces. Stir together 2 tbsp all purpose flour, 2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Coat meat with flour mixture; then pound steak to 1/2" thickness. In skillet brown meat. Put 1 medium onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings in crockpot. Stir together one 8 oz can tomato sauce, one 8 oz can pizza sauce, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 tsp sugar, and 1/2 tsp dried oregano, crushed; pour over meat. Cover; and cook on LOW for 8 - 10 hours. Serve over hot cooked spaghetti. Serves 6
