Oven: 200
2 Hours

popcorn
butter or olive oil
salt

Pop the corn using your favorite method. Place it in a roasting pan or on a cookie sheet. Bake the popcorn in a 200-210 degree oven for a minimum of 1 hour. Remove popcorn from oven and season with your favorite toppings. Will also crisp up yor day old popcorn.

This idea will great a try out tomorrow! Alot of days, I eat popcorn for a lunch snack and there's always some leftover. As we all know, it gets pretty 'chewy' once it sits out for a while so this is a really good thing to know about.

Thank you!

I like the idea of using olive oil instead of melted butter, it would probably make it a little bit lighter. Thanks for the recipe!

I never considered using olive oil to pop corn until recently when I happened on it because I was out of both vegetable and canola oils. Now, I'm hooked ...it's a much lighter taste and the corn seems crispier too.
Not the cheapest way to pop corn, but I'm special so why not? LOL.
