1 medium red pepper
2 T light ranch reduced fat dressing
2 t grated parmesan cheese
Cut 1-1/2" slice from bottom of pepper; set aside. Cut remaining pepper into strips. Mix dressing and parmesan cheese. Spoon into reserved bottom of pepper. Serve with pepper strips.
