There turn out really yummy. Everyone in my house likes them, which is a bonus!:D

2 cups Bisquick
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
1/4 tsp. garlic powder (I use a little more)

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix Bisquick, milk and cheese into a soft dough. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes until brown. Mix margarine and garlic powder, then brush over warm biscuits before removing from sheet. Serve warm.

This is pretty much how I make mine. I am like you in that I use more garlic!

I think these are similair to the Red Lobster biscuits; I'm going to print this recipe out and send to my sister. She goes to Red Lobster just for their biscuits! LOL

Thanks, Cat lover, I was just going to ask that question. We love RL's biscuits too. They would go great with soup on a chilly day! MMMMM!!

Except RL makes theirs in bigger batches and uses cheaper stuff. I think these homemde ones taste much better. :D
