Magic Shell Ice Cream Topping

1 6 oz pkg chocolate chips
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c vegetable oil

Melt chocolate chips and butter in a double boiler. Add oil and mix in well. When dipped into, or spooned over ice cream it will create a hard chocolate shell.

Oh I used to love the commercial version of this, but stopped buying it when I saw the nutritional list on it! LOL This has got to be a little better! Do you happen to have the nutritional listing on this?

LOL, no I don't have a nutritional listing for this one. Looking at the ingredients almost clogs my arteries though.
