4 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 c milk
2 - 3 T chocolate syrup
1 t vanilla
2 T Malted Milk Powder (Do NOT use Chocolate Malted Milk Powder)
Combine in a blender container and blend utill no white is showing. Serve immediately.
