1 bunch carrots
1/2 cup orange juice
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp butter
Pare carrots and halve them. Cook till tender(don't overcook), drain and place in a flat greased baking dish. Make syrup from juice, sugar and butter and pour over carrots. Bake at 400 degrees about 10 to 15 minutes. Turn carrots occasionally ill glazed. Serves 4
