Stromboli

I would love to make some Stromboli from home instead of always going out to order it. Does anyone here have a recipe for stromboli? Thanks so much.

Do you want the whole thing, including the bread recipe, or just for the filling? I haven't ever made it at home, but I'm guessing its more time consuming if you make your own bread, than it really is hard. I'd be interested, as well.

Stromboli
This one uses frozen bread dough which cuts down the time of making your own bread

1 loaf frozen dough bread
1 pound ham
1/2 pound genoa salami
1/2 pound sliced pepperoni
3 pounds mozzarella cheese,shredded
1 jar of meatless pizza sauce

Let frozen bread thaw then divide in half. Use rolling pin to flatten in a rectangular shape. Add ham in rows; 1 or 2 pieces with overlap. Then add on top the salami in the same fashion then the pepperoni.Then add shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Last put dsome sauce on top and roll lengthwise and tuck ends inside. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour or till crusty brown. Makes 6
