1 lb. ground chicken without skin
1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
2 green onions, chopped
2 tbsp BBQ sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp worcestershire suace
1/8 tsp salt
vegetable oil spray
In a large bowl combine all ingredients except vegetable oil spray. Use your hands to mix and shape into 6 patties. Grill over medium hot coals 4 to 5 minutes per side. You can broil in oven; spray broiler rack with vegetable oil and broil 3-4" from heat for 4-5 minutes.
