2 cups bisquick OR Jiffy baking mix
1 cup fat free sour cream
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
7 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp garlic salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly spray a 12 cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. In bowl stir together baking mix, sour cream, 1 cup of cheese, 6 tbsp melted butter and garlic salt till dry ingredients are moistened. Divide butter evenly among muffin cups. Gently brush tops with remaining buter and sprinkle lightly with some additional cheese. Bake 9 to 11minutes or till biscuits are lightly browned. Makes 12 biscuits
