Cider Float

Never thought of making a float with cider, but it is good!


1 gallon apple cider
2 quarts vanilla ice cream
Nutmeg

Chill the cider. Fill tall glasses with cold cider an top with two scoops ice cream and a dash of nutmeg

I guess I'll have to try this recipe because I love apple cider, but would not thought to make a float with it.

Let me know what you thought of it! Most people only think of cider as a hot drink in the cold weather, but it is good this way too!

Thanks catlover ,I try it tonight it was very good will most defintely be drinking it more. Here we do do mainly drink apple cider hot but I like this for a summer drink.
