Makes 1 1/2 pound loaf
This is really good for Grilled Cheese Sandwiches; gives them that extra edge!
1 1/4 cups buttermilk
1 egg
3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 cups bread flour
1 tbsp sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp active dry yeast OR bread machine yeast
Add ingredients according to manufacturers directions. Use the light setting.
