First, welcome to MM, Heather. If you get a chance, pop over to the Welcome thread (http://www.momsmenu.com/forums/showthread.php?t=252&goto=newpost)so others get a chance to meet you and say hello.
As far as ground turkey, I use it the same way I use ground beef. You can pop over to the ground beef thread (http://www.momsmenu.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2122) and use ground turkey instead. If the turkey is a little dry, use more liquid ingredients or add a little oil or olive oil.
Good luck!

Tia, I also use ground turkey in place of the chopped meat in most of my recipies. I do find that since the turkey is so much leaner than beef, I have to use a bit of fat when frying or browning it.
Turkey taccos and turkey sheppard's pie are the two most popular ground turkey dishes with m kids.. But I also make meatballs and meatloaf with 1/2 turkey, 1/2 beef, and they never know the difference. I do find I prefer beef in my chili.. but it's all a matter of trial and error.

BellaMama23, I have the same thought as everyone else so for, you can use it in any recipe in place of ground beef, ground sirloin, etc. If there is a particular recipe though that you want just ask and I'll post some here for you!

I usually use it 1/2 and 1/2 with ground beef for hamburgers, meatballs or meatloaf.
I use the 100% turkey for chili, tacos, homemade Hamburger Helper.....anything where you are going to be adding a heavier, spicier seasoning to since turkey is rather bland.
