I'm in the market to possibly buy one of these. I'm looking for something that will do multiple tasks and this seems to fill the bill. I usually don't buy something multi task, but this seems to be a great product. Only thing is I don't know of anyone that has one! Do you? Woold you be willing to share your thought on it?

For any that aren't familiar with it here is what I know: It has four cooking options; contact grill, panini press, open grill and a griddle all in one unit. One of the things I'm really interested in about it is how easy is it to clean? I've had a George Foreman and it isn't easy to clean although I like the way it cooks.

Anybody out there that has "The Griddler" by Cuisinart that can help me in a decision on purchasing it?

This sounds like an interesting appliance! Can you tell us how much "real estate" it takes up, and what the cost is? I like things that are made for several uses!

On the web site it is listed for $129.00. I'm not sure of the exact size, but looks small because excpet for the "grill" use it is folded in half, so I'm, assuming it is no bigger than a electric grill would be when it is opened to that. Here's some info from the web site on it:

The Cuisinart Griddler™ makes "multifunctional" an understatement! Make perfect panini... plus! With four separate cooking options, it can handle everything from pancakes to sausages to grilled cheese to steaks, hamburgers and panini. It helps you prepare more servings of more kinds of food in less time, so you can cook for a crowd -- no one has to wait!

Simply change the cooking plates and adjust the floating hinge to use the Griddler as a Contact Grill, a Panini Press, or your choice of an extra-large double Open Grill or Griddle.

Anyone out there have one?

Cat lover, I just looked at it on Amazon, and they have it a little cheaper plus a good deal going....

Looks like it is a little smaller than a pizza box, in terms of footprint. There's lots of reviews on Amazon as well.

Thanks, I'll take a peek over there! Still asking if anyone has one?

This sounds like a nice appliance if it works like it claims it does.

Are the reviews good?

I haven't seen any reviews on it, that is why I'm asking about it, I would love to have one and get rid of 4 appliances and only have the one, but hate to put that much money into it without talking to someone that has it.
