Hi, I am gammeme, I am new to this forum. Please give me some suggestion, we have agreed to take on our son's dog. His wife hates him. She is from a different culture and can't understand how Americans love their animals. This has caused so much stress that we have agreed to take Rudy for ours. We love the dog. He is a three year old gentle, well trained German Sherpherd. How do we help him adjust to us old folks and make him happy dispite not being in his own home with the people he loves. Sounds silly, I might have thought so if it were not happening to us. Thanks:confused:

Hi and welcome!
If you are interested in chatting about pets, you'd do better to visit our sister site at Family Corner (http://www.familycorner.com/forums).
This forum is about cooking and menu planning. Family Corner does have an active PETS area.
You may use the same username at both sites but you must register at Family Corner.
See you there :)

Welcome to MM Gammeme! In fact, I just posted a picture of my baby on the Friendship Flower Thread (http://www.familycorner.com/forums/showthread.php3?t=18581&goto=newpost). There is a great bunch of people there who will more able to discuss your problem. Feel free to PM me if you just further information. Family Corner is more expanded forum and Moms Menu is a bit more narrow in that we are limited to sharing food ideas, recipes, and so on. Good luck! If I see you over there, I have a few suggestions that might help. You can tell by my baby's paw print, that I am a dog lover.
