1/2 c cold water
1/2 c white vinegar
1/2 t salt
1/2 t dry mustard (or bottled spicy mustard works well also)
1/8 t pepper
dash paprika
Combine all ingredients in a jar. Stir or shake. Makes enough for a couple of servings, so store leftovers in refrigerator. Shake before using. Note: Feel free to experiment -- red wine vinegar, balsamic, dill weed, etc.
