2 tbsp mustard seed
1 tbsp whole allspice
2 tsp coriander seeds
2 whole cloves
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp dried red pepper flakes
1 bay leaf, crumbled
1 cinnamon stick (2")
Combine all ingredients and stor in an airtight jar. Use this in your favorite pickle recipes. Makes 1/3 cup
