Zuchini will be coming in soon---- this is a good bread taosted for breakfast just plain!
Maked 1 1/2 pound loaf
1 1/2 tsp dry yeast
2 2/3 cups bread flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp minced prunes
1/2 cup low fat buttermilk
1 1/2 cups grated zucchini
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup chopped unsweetened dried apples
Add all ingredients except apples in the order of your instruction manual and process accroding to the manufacturer's directions. Add apples at the beeper.
