I made these yesterday and they are great!


2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp grated fresh lemon peel (I used dried lemon peel)
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 cup blueberries
1 cup fat free plain yogurt
1 cup buttermilk


In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Gently fold in blueberries. Combine yogurt and buttermilk andstir into dry ingredients just till moistened. Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes or till a toothpick tests clean. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack. 1 dozen.
