6 oz cheddar chese
1 pkg (8 oz) fat free cream cheese
4 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp dried dill
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
2 seedeless cucumbers, trimmed
Cut up cheddar and put into a food processor. Pulse till broken and almost ground up. Add cream cheese, milkm dill, garlic powder, and pepper. Pulse to blend and transfer to a heavy duty plastic bag. Oeel cucunbers in strips and cut into 3/4" slices. Using a melon baller scoop out teh centers of the slices. Let sit down on paper towels for about 5 minutes. Snip a corner from plastic bag and pipe filling into each cucumnber slice and serve immediately.
